Clay, I’m deeply touched with your article. That feeling when I found the lost piece of puzzle. Thank you for spreading this. I’ve been reflecting upon hashtag activism “#NotAfraidToSayThat” which took place in Russia month ago (the main topic is patriarchal culture of violence against women) and then switched to digging into questions of unequality and discrimination. Concept of biases and exclusion fits perfectly to that image.

I also wrote an article on it in Russian, explaining more about biases, exclusion and subconsious agressive reactions of privileged people (who we usually are in different contexts). Of course, I linked your article, but I also wanted to express my deep gratitude towards your work.
